Return & Refund Policy (Flower Valley)

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on fresh flowers. Once an order has been prepared or delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

We take great care in preparing every order, but if you receive an incorrect item, damaged flowers, or any issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can review the situation and assist you accordingly.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide the best possible solution.


Exceptions

Since flowers are fresh and perishable items, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes all floral arrangements, bouquets, and custom orders.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift orders.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will assist you on a case-by-case basis.
